The narrow field of view (FOV) diameter, ranging from 40 to 25 mm, concentrates attention on a small area with perfect clarity – ideal for microsurgery, brain surgery, breast surgery, hand and foot surgery, ophthalmology, and more. This is made possible by Japan-manufactured optics, featuring excellent light transmission and zero aberrations.
The NTZ-BLP-6 offers greater customization to accommodate any pair of eyes, as each lens can be adjusted independently. Individuals with different facial structures also benefit equally, thanks to the adjustable interpupillary distance, regardless of the frame chosen. Height can also be a determining factor when selecting a loupe. If the working distance is too short relative to the user in relation to the patient, the surgeon risks experiencing neck and back pain, and even injury. Likewise, if it is too long, it simply becomes impractical for a shorter user. The NTZ-BLP-6 features a working distance ranging from 550 to 350 mm, offering a broad variability of 200 mm without compromising visual clarity. Finally, the lenses can be tilted downward, allowing the user to keep their back and neck upright during surgery simply by directing their gaze downward, helping surgeons of all heights avoid the occupational risk of neck and back injuries.
NEO FRAME
Like the rest of the BL series surgical loupes, the NTZ-BLP-6 is designed for customization and expandability. The headband frame offers a comfortable yet secure fit. The NEO frame, available in many color combinations, is flexible and lightweight, weighing 97 grams together with the NTZ-BLP-6. Finally, every surgery requires illumination.
The NTZ-BLP-6 provides an excellent fit with moderate “flexibility,” distributing the load across three points —forehead, nose, and band— for more comfortable use during extended working sessions. Its nose pad reduces pressure on the nose, and it features a function that allows easy return to the original position even after flipping the loupe upward. It is also available in a wide variety of color options.

Illumination
The NTZ-BLP-6 can be used with the NSI-III, which features a versatile selection of power sources, or with the NSI-X, the most powerful illuminator in the industry. Either way, the NTZ-BLP-6 ensures optimal illumination at all times. The SC-1 digital camera, also manufactured by Neitz, can be used with the NTZ-BLP-6 to record high-quality video and capture sharp images. Additionally, the image perceived by the user can be shared in real time on a nearby screen or anywhere in the world, enhancing learning and telemedicine. The SC-1 can be conveniently mounted on one of two frames.
NSI-X With integrated rechargeable Ni-MH battery
The world’s highest illuminance; 84,000 lx for an illumination field diameter of 100 mm, 100,000 lx for 80 mm. Small and lightweight, significantly reduces fatigue on the head and nose. Higher battery capacity, fast charging in 2.5 hours. Continuous illumination of approximately 3.5 hours at maximum light intensity. Winner of the Good Design Award 2014.
NSI-III With integrated rechargeable Ni-MH battery
The world’s highest illuminance; 40,000 lx for an illumination field diameter of 48-100 mm. Small and lightweight, significantly reduces stress on the head and nose. Adjustable illumination field from a diameter of 48 mm to 100 mm. Compatible with AA alkaline batteries in case of power outages. Available in two illumination colors: cool white and neutral white.
