The final adjustment is the last thing a patient remembers about the optical shop. Cold-forcing an acetate frame to fit the face is the fastest way to crack it or leave the rim warped — and the problem shows up at the counter, right in front of the customer. A frame heater eliminates that risk: it softens the material evenly so that the temples, rims, and nose pads can be shaped without stress or marks, and it also allows lens mounting in acetate without damaging the bevel. Our Luxvision line includes the FH-6200, FH-6300, and FH-6500 models — compact, fast-heating units designed for continuous counter use. It is one of the smallest investments in the dispensary and one of the most effective at preventing returns and breakage.
