A Vision Chart CP-5000 comprises rows of letters and is used by ophthalmologists and optometrists to estimate visual acuity. The Vision Chart CP-5000 is placed at a standardized distance (up to 5 meters) from the person whose vision is being evaluated. The person then attempts to identify the symbols on the chart, beginning with the largest symbols and continuing with progressively smaller symbols until the person is no longer able to identify them. The smallest symbols that can be reliably identified are considered the person’s visual acuity. This visual acuity testing device incorporates advanced LED backlighting technology that provides standardized and more uniform illumination across the entire testing surface, essential for reliable vision assessment.
