Using standard industry tonometer probes, this instrument is ideal for home-visit situations or as a backup tonometer, providing pressure readings using the gold-standard applanation principle. The internal spring mechanism allows accurate intraocular pressure readings in any orientation, regardless of the patient’s position or posture. The compact and lightweight design enables simple and easy operation, and the built-in illumination allows the instrument to be used regardless of lighting conditions.
