24″ High-Resolution LCD Chart
This 24″ high-resolution (1.920×1.080 pixels) colorful TFT LCD with polarized panel provides more accurate visual acuity testing.
The white background with 300 cd/m² brightness helps perform even more precise and efficient visual acuity tests.

Various types of visual acuity and function tests are offered, including the binocular balance test, the stereoscopic vision test, and heterophoria/heterotropia tests, using this state-of-the-art polarized LCD panel technology.

Smart Display Function
The HDC-9100 offers single letter masking and horizontal/vertical line masking, keeping the image always centered on the screen.
This function prevents test errors caused by patients previously memorizing the position of the characters.

Selectable Working Distance
The working distance can be adjusted according to the testing environment, based on user convenience.
Working distance: 1.5 m ~ 6 m (configurable in 10 cm increments).

Easy to Update
The HDC-9100 can be updated automatically by simply loading the new software onto a USB drive and connecting it to the USB port.

System Integration
The HDC-9100 can be synchronized and integrated with the HUVITZ HDR-9000 digital refractor to perform visual acuity tests more quickly and conveniently.
All functions of the HDC-9100 chart can also be operated from the HDR-9000 control panel.
Additionally, a wireless connection option is available via infrared (IR) interface, facilitating installation.

The more than 100 different charts of the HDC-9100 support all types of visual acuity and visual function tests. Standard charts include tests such as Letters, Numbers, Landolt C, Snellen E, pediatric charts, and other special charts.

Polarized charts and functional charts
The HDC-9100 provides a variety of polarized charts that can be applied to many types of tests using Cross Cylinder, Red/Green, Polarization, and other special lenses, such as Binocular Vision Test, Stereoscopic Vision Test, Heterophoria/Heterotropia Test, Binocular Balance Test, Fusion and Suppression Test, Aniseikonia Test, and more.

Standardized ETDRS
The HDC-9100 offers ETDRS visual acuity at multiple testing distances and also features a wide variety of ETDRS LogMAR tests. (The ETDRS acuity test has become the world standard for visual acuity testing, replacing Snellen and Sloan charts).

Color Vision Test
The HDC-9100 features 12 charts for color blindness testing and 9 charts for classifying the level of visual impairment.

Vergence Test
An improvement in visual function can be expected by measuring convergence and divergence power, as this helps the eye move through the vergence chart.

Contrast Sensitivity Test
The HDC-9100 also features a function to measure contrast sensitivity at various levels, using letter charts and bars.
Test results are analyzed and displayed, providing the patient with greater detail and a professional, analytical diagnosis.

Hue Test
For color blindness testing, the HDC-9100 supports the professional test composed of 85 color charts diversified by wavelength and the simple test of 15 color charts.

Dynamic Visual Acuity Test
The HDC-9100 supports high-quality dynamic visual acuity tests with ocular tracking training and saccadic eye movement training.

Stereoscopic Vision Test
Various types of charts for stereoscopic vision tests provide patterns for the diagnosis of deficiencies.

Amsler Grid Test
Macular degeneration can be verified using the Amsler grid on the HDC-9100.

Video Playback and Image Presentation Function
The HDC-9100 displays examples to patients that help explain different refractive errors, such as myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism.
It is also possible to play videos or display images stored on a USB drive according to user preference. This function can be used to promote the optical practice during screensaver mode.
