Auto Refractometer/Keratometer
The ERK-9200 combines all the necessary pre-examination visual functions in a single intelligently designed instrument. Operators can perform refractometry and keratometry individually or simultaneously. The ERK-9200 is used to determine the initial objective refractive values of the patient’s eyes in the refraction workflow, as well as to establish optical prescriptions for myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism.
3D Auto-Alignment Function
Through 3D Auto-Alignment technology, the device automatically locates and tracks the eye to record the most accurate readings. Without requiring assistance, the device precisely focuses to scan one eye after another at the perfect height and distance from the patient, through a high-resolution internal scanner. Users who prefer to operate the device manually can do so using the Control Dial.
Specialized Tests for Individualized Care
Customize the examination to meet your patient’s needs with multiple configurations. REF Mode performs autorefraction of each eye without additional measurements, while KER Mode provides exclusive K readings for corneal curvature. To save time, the R/K setting allows the user to simultaneously assess refractive error and keratometry. For contact lens wearers, CLBC Mode determines the appropriate base curve and diameter for a proper fit. The extended diopter mode offers specialized readings for hyperopic patients of up to +22.00D and myopic patients of up to -25.00D.
Backlight Mode
Allows verification of crystalline lenses with anomalies, cataracts, and corneal scratches, helping to assess the patient’s ocular health. With the enhanced REF power, it is possible to measure SPH, CYL, and Axis that cannot be determined in normal mode.

Everything Your Practice Needs
El ERK-9200 includes a 240V cable, a protective dust cover, and a detachable model eye. The model eye can be used repeatedly for training purposes until users are completely familiar with the system and its various functions. The integrated printer allows measurement data to be printed silently. The printer cover can be opened and closed by pressing a button, making paper replacement easy. Additionally, it automatically cuts the paper after printing.
