Lens Drilling

Drilling is one of the most critical stages in lens processing: an off-center hole or one with the wrong diameter ruins the lens and forces the entire job to be repeated. Our Luxvision finishing line is designed precisely to eliminate that margin of error, with equipment that works safely on mineral glass, plastic (CR-39), and polycarbonate, offering exact control of both hole diameter and edge clearance. In this category you will find the DM-1000 drillers—featuring simultaneous double-sided drilling and an integrated reamer—and the DM-800, as well as the AN-1000 notch groover, designed for cutting notches in rimless frames. Three compact, easy-to-operate units built for daily laboratory use.
